Scott is a licensed attorney and professional engineer with over 35 years of infrastructure development experience including roadways, facilities, and utilities. Scott's experience includes senior management experience at TXDOT, NTTA, City of Frisco, and consulting firms.

24 years of M&A experience focused on infrastructure investment banking across Europe, Asia, and USA. Piyush is the former managing director at KPMG, Corporate Finance. He has led transactions across port, rail, highway, and mining sectors and has closed transactions amounting to more than $10 billion globally.
